As a medical practice consultant, I’ve been working with physicians, physician groups, and medical businesses for over twenty years, helping them define and develop pathways to success. Through my healthcare consulting company in Dallas, TX. I’ve provided healthcare consulting services to established doctors and surgeons, physician led companies and groups, and residents and fellows. We’ve worked together on matters ranging from doctor practice startups, physician recruiting and retention, short and long term strategic planning, hospital negotiations, staffing and operations to practice valuations and evaluations, as well as healthcare practice mergers and acquisitions.
 
When I began my healthcare consulting company, private practice was the dominant model for physicians. Although that has changed, I remain a believer in private practice and its viability as well as the importance of physicians as the primary drivers behind the success of corporate healthcare.  To define my business approach, it’s distinctly “physician-centric” and solutions oriented.​

This year I have also expanded my healthcare consulting work with residents, fellows, and nurse practitioners. As they transition from their academic programs to the physician recruitment environment I am working with them to make sure that they are empowered with the tools necessary ​to evaluate all aspects of their employment opportunities before they take the important first step to become active participants in today’s ever-changing healthcare environment.
